What payment methods are supported?
Currently mainly supports USDT (Tether) payment, safe, fast, and globally accepted. We are integrating more payment methods including credit cards and PayPal.
How to start using after purchase?
After logging in, select a package in the backend and complete payment. After successful payment, the authorization code is automatically activated. Then download the MadHub installation package, enter the authorization code and you can start using it. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Can I try it first?
Due to product characteristics, we do not provide free trials. But we provide detailed demo videos and tutorials for you to understand the features first. Also, monthly packages are lower priced, you can purchase 1 month to experience the effects.
Can authorization codes be rebound to different devices?
Yes. Each authorization code supports use on the specified number of devices. If you need to change devices, you can unbind old devices and bind new devices in the backend. But please note that frequent rebinding may affect usage.
Will renewal prices change after annual payment expires?
Old users enjoy price protection policy when renewing. Even if prices increase in the future, your renewal will still be at the price when you first purchased. This is also an important reason we recommend choosing annual payment.
Can I upgrade my package?
Yes. If you currently use single-platform authorization and want to upgrade to all platforms, or upgrade from 1 device to 50 devices, you can contact customer service to pay the difference for upgrade.
Do you support refunds?
Due to the special nature of digital products, once the authorization code is activated, refunds are not supported. But if you encounter any problems before activation, or are dissatisfied with the product, you can contact customer service to negotiate a solution.
Will prices increase?
As we continue to develop new platforms (WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), all-platform authorization prices will gradually increase. Therefore, we recommend users with long-term needs to purchase annual packages as soon as possible to lock in current prices.
Can multiple devices share one authorization code?
No. Each device needs an independent authorization code. If you need to use it on multiple devices, please purchase the corresponding quantity of authorizations. For example, managing 10 accounts is recommended to purchase a 10-device package.
